How to stop negative thinking?

Mostly i used to think negative way because i am very sensitive.This leads so much disturbance in my life.

Negative thoughts are stronger than positive ones and hence you see that one negative incident takes away the whole joy of a positive event. I personally suggest some meditation, rather "me time". Just think of all the positive things that happened to you in the day. Hope this helps.

Write a list every evening of all the positive things you've experienced. Do not write down the negative things! You'll soon learn to concentrate on the positive things.

just focus on the positive. on the other hand, you can find positivities behind negativities. you have to change your perspectives and ideas to be able to find them.
