I think since the Holidays, I've been cursed. With well..weight gain!
I've been trying my hardest to lose weight for the past couple years. At one point I was doing pretty good. Until Christmas/New Years came along. And now it seems hard to keep it off. I keep craving junk food lately, especially chocolates!
Not sure what is going on! But losing weight is hard. Gaining unfortunately isn't!
Don't you just hate that?!

Yeah, true. I'm not comfortable though..so I really hope to get to where I want one day..

Was just thinking, is it possible that people from colder countries gain weight faster because extra fat is needed for the cold temperature? Just my thoughts, anyway, I think fitness is still the best way to combat any weather.

Really? That's some interesting tips. But I usually eat breakfast kind of early, so I will always eat before 11am.
But sometimes I do eat after 8pm. I guess I should avoid that one!

In my experience, lessening the consumption of rice and chocolate started everything. Loosing weight is not just about exercise, it's also about reducing what you eat in half, or more with out making you faint. It's not hard when you don't do it ALL of a sudden. just reduce the amount of everything that you eat, i started eating slow and chewing my food well just to keep myself from eating faster.. I ate little between meals or four hours. I don't noticed, but people started seeing my belly reduced. but it doesn't work overnight, if your going to do it, try it for a year. don't push yourself, start slow.

Yeah that's the hard part right there! My favorite is chocolate! It's been my weakness lately!
I have a back problem and knee problem, so exercising isn't the easiest. It seems I'm cursed! haha

Hey, no reason to feel bad and restrict oneself during the holiday season as long as you feel healthy doing what you are doing. I'm guilty of munching away too and I LOVE IT!
