Do you meditate?

When I was still a university student, stress was one of my biggest enemies. It caused me sleepless nights and there are times when I can't even eat.
And then I saw an article about meditation and how it reduces stress. I doubted that it would work for me but luckily, it did. It calmed me down. It helped push the anxieties away and helped me get a better sleep.
So since then, I always take the time to meditate at least 5 minutes a day. Really helps a lot.

Meditation is a good way to relieve stress. I haven't done it daily coz i depended on prescribed medicines.
