You have to achieve a minimum number of points - 5000 - before you can claim payment. There are only a limited number of surveys and most survey companies select who they send a survey to based on the information you entered in your profile. If they don't send you any surveys, it is because they have none which fits your demographic. There is no way to get 'more surveys' if your profile doesn't fit the surveys that they have. You just have to be patient. The FAQs should have the answer for all of your questions.
