What is your favorite meal?

A lot of people ask me this when I am talking about cooking. Usually my reply is, "The one I am currently working on." Honestly it is probably a steak meal. I do love steak, having grown up in Angus country.
What is your favorite meal? Does it take you back to your childhood or is it something you discovered as you grew up? What is so special about it?
For me, there is nothing like a good steak with a potato on the side and maybe some broccoli.

My favorite meal is the crispy pork belly. It's very nice with steamed rice and some soda. It's heaven for me!

i love pork especially the curry my mother makes.....and i do miss it since i am currently living in a hostel.........its just been 6 months but ,i have already started to realize the value of my mothers hand made food.

@Aingeal Though steak is not a common meal here,I do like steak with potato,carrots and broccoli.
