lying is hard

scientific studies has shown that it is harder to lie than to tell the truth.....literally
when a person lies , first the brain has to identify the truth, decide to lie and then make up a lie and say it.....it is the result of this hard work done by our brain that results in the changes in our body language, while we lie....
an experienced person can easily identify these changes and tell when someone is lying

they think that nobody notices it......but the fact is we close our eyes and just ignore it

If you are lying you generally dont make an eye contact with other person. Thats the first sign to catch a lie.
