we will appreciate our customers firstly thanks their trust in 2015 this order we talk from 15th Dec. 2015, we know each other at 1st Dec.2015, and he place the third order from us just because trust .here is the third order we need to work overtime to help them send out goods. i urge them to pay the deposit early , but we received the payment on 18 th Jan.2016. we try our best to prepare the goods ,his cargo promise us to received their goods before 25th,Jan ,i urge them to pay the remaining balance before that day .but his cargo received his payment today. when i hear the news ,we try to arrange out driver to send out goods to his cargo , unluckily ,they told us that couldn't received goods from 26th to 28th .only received on 29th .what a bad news to us ,out company stop work on 28th. after discussing with our boss ,we decide to work overtime sending out their goods . we know that time is money for our customers , if we could try to best to help our customers earn much ,why not do like that .
