Has this happened to anyone?

I usually go to sleep at 10:00 o'clock at night and then set the alarm to 7:00 am . The alarm rings and then I turn it off and then then i just try to stay in bed 10 minutes but it so happens that then I feel super sleepy and it seems that then is the time that I feel I am going to sleep well. But then have to get up and it does't matter if i sleep earlier the time when i have to get up I feel this way. But on the weekends even if I stay up late I am usually up early.I
