I SKIP MY LUNCH

i have to skip lunch almost every day to find time for my lot, i don't get hungry later but still i don't know whether it is going to effect my health..... i do eat good with my break fast and dinner.......and i do go for jogging in the evening....

It is not healthy to skip the lunch. Because it is one of the most important meals in a day.

on the contrary. I often get up lately.so you know I tend to skip my breakfast .for me it is so hard to get up in the morning.

if u have the will u can get as early as u want without the help of an alarm.......but if u do not have the will.......even with the biggest alarm in the world,ringing , u wont be able to get up.......and even if u do get up, u will switch off the alarm and will sleep again.....THIS IS TRUE FOR MY CASE

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If youre used to having heavy meals for breakfast then there is a possibility that you wont feel hunger in the middle of the day.

i am a college student living in a hostel. do not have a smart phone or a laptop with which i can access internet. so my only means to my lot are the servers in the college......and the only time that i can find to use these servers , in between my tight college schedule is by avoiding lunch.....
