I was talking to a friend and she even after a bad breakup has them onfacebook. I was saying how I want to move on, and not see them. But she said it helped her,whereas she claims if you delete them you still want them and just want to remove them.

I have 2 on my Facebook, but we don't talk and we didn't date for long so we don't really consider it as ex-girlfriend/boyfriend (or well I don't consider it).

I guess it depends how it ends as well. My friend who dated her boyfriend for 6 years just broke up, and I told her maybe it would be easier to delete him just so you can move on.

@ricki_911 Yeah if it was 6 years, I would delete too. These relationships max was 6 months and didn't really do anything so I don't consider them as ex's really but I don't know what they think of me.

@infatuatedbby Well if they still have you on FB. I dated a guy who literally would date a girl for a few months, had low self esteem and keep them on FB. But yes after 6 years, and she checks up on him. I said yes, I can see having a relationship that long and still wanting to have friends. But when you are getting depressed over it.
