Chocolate indulgence...

5 I was looking through my photos and saw several chocolaty pictures. I thought I'd just share some of them here since I figured every one would love some chocolate! The desserts are from a Korean barbecue restaurant. Let's see if I can still remember what they are called... They're brownies, the one on the left has some vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup on top. And the one on the right is called something like chocolate brownies snowflake. I don't know..., my son ordered that one and to me it didn't look as nice as the other one that I shared with my husband. It looks messy, with all kinds of chocolate chunks, flakes, and covered all over with chocolate powder. The other picture is just a bag of Hershey's nuggets with an assortment of yummy flavors - original milk chocolate and dark chocolate are a couple of the flavors I like most. I'm glad that I'm full from eating dinner or I would be drooling

@ScribbledAdNauseum Sure, he he... but I'm not sending the nuggets - they came all the way from there and I'm so not sending them back to the States... The desserts will just be even more messy if I put them in an envelope...

Yeah, I thought the brownies were not quite as dark, moist and chewy as the ones I'm used to in the States and when I make them myself...

We have here with different degrees of darkness or bitterness, like 50%, 70%, or 90%... The more bitter is better for me...

@sishy7 We also have different degrees of darkness here in Switzerland (of course), my favorite is the 85% by Lindt, they also make a 90%, but the 85 is better.

It's a good thing I don't need to look too far for my stash of chocolate. I did finish off the M&Ms yesterday, but I still have the dark chocolate Hershey bars and the Red Velvet Oreo cookies.

Oh, I have to check it out - more chocolate treats, I imagine... The nuggets are small blocks individually wrapped. They're about 2cmx3cm and 1cm thick each. Similar to the size of a gold nugget, I guess...

I am a chocoholic and still have three unopened bags of the 6 I bought the day after Christmas (I get a lot of candy that way when it goes half priced) and in just over two weeks will be hitting the after Valentine's candy sale.

I didn't know Korean bbq restaurants served Hershey Nuggets! The first brownie one is definitely appealing. The second one looks like a demolished chocolate city (but who cares - it probably tastes pretty darn great). I would take any of 'em - and almost any flavor Hershey Nugget too (though my favorite has got to be the gold nuggets - milk chocolate with almonds!).
