Do you feel more hunger in winter

In winter season, I feel more hunger as compared to summer season. In summer season, I don't like to eat food but in winter season my diet gets better and bigger then winter season.

I think its probably the body's way of keeping warm by having extra body fat

I lost my appetite and i dont understand when i get hungry.

Yes, I think in the winter you don't go out and keep yourself busy enough so all you do is eat, summers are better because people are always moving and don't think about eating as much.

I guess it is because we use more calories trying to keep warm.
