hi,generally i used to give advises to people in needy...my friends also had the habbit of asking me..i am more interest from childhood itself..

advice desk - advice freely offered and accepted is the ideal way it happens. The receiver should be open to the advice given and not afraid to ask for advice when at wits end
Only when they are ready for it. Advice is only good whem someone listens and tries it for the better. Advice is good only when it benefits someone also

It depends on who the person is, most times I will give advise, sometimes I won't, some people don't like to be given advise and they think you're trying to tell them what to do.

I would give advice to people only when i think they need it. If i find out that someone is going to do something that would hurt them or others, i would advice them of the outcome and its consequences.

depends on whether or not they ask for my advice. some people tells you their problems, but don't need any advice in return. although you know that they really need to be given an advice..
