It's Almost Valentine's Day

Every Valentine's day lovers are so busy.Flowers shop double the price of rose flowers.What we usually see lovers holding hands in parks, in malls, even in churches ,which many do not like, as unrespectful to Lord without thinking ,our loving God is so merciful to earthly people.
This week, I already received roses from my students, hmmp, I said to them, " What's this?" I joked, they just smiled and say " Love you ma'am." I felt like soaring with joy.At least my students love me,lol.
Actually, every Valentine's day, I envy lovers.How I wish my partner abroad is with me on this day,but impossible. I do not go out alone.I need a friend or family member to stroll on this day.I feel ashamed to be alone when others are in pair -by- pair,lol.
I am so thankful this year , for Valentine's Day is a Sunday, hehehe. I just stay at home and do Mylotting so never be in blues.

Dont be ashamed lovely friend. You will son be with your partner and celebrating many Valentines Day. It is no longer a day for me, I am single and happy.

My ex actually came up with the idea for us to have our anniversary on Valentine's Day. I was shocked. His idea. The marriage didn't last much longer, go figure.

Valentines d ay can b e hard for widows too a th o ugh I h ave been a widow for many years so it reall y does not bother me at all.b ut myhubby would al ways give me he prettiest valentines ea ch year and i had saved them all Now I think m y son has the box of hem when I had to come to this place Ja lot of things tha meant a lot to me

For me if you have a true love, then everyday is a valentine day for that couple. Why people celebrate this? to encourage the one who's still single? I really feel bad. It feels like a caste division. You don't love your love the whole year, and may be this day is a reminder like " hey this is 14h feb, don't forget you have a love to love." Whatever. Enjoy Enjoy!

@cacay1 You kNow what? Give the people a 365 days of festival.. they will enjoy the festival each day.. I have heard in many movies recently i heard the dialogue in the Avengers age of ultron movie - People Are Doomed. Yeah that is really true.

Wow, your students really like you. Don't be sad on that day and do not think about what other people might say. As the saying goes:"What other people will say about you is none of your business!" ha ha ha! I always think about this when I feel ashamed of something.

It's the day when most people wear red. I'm not planning to go out that day instead I will prepare a family dinner at home.
In your case, don't worry about the distance that keeps you away from your love one as long as your love is stronger every day is indeed valentines day
