i am not a good listener.

I certainly try. The temptation to make comment on what someone says must be resisted so that they will keep talking.

Yes,I believe less talk would make me a smarter person.And always to listen rather than to speak that would help the situation a lot.

not so good.. well..i choose people on who to listen to..sometimes, you dont really have to understand (since, listening involves understanding) everything that a person is saying..they just need you to be there for them and be their sounding board..your presence counts the most, not with all the words that you say..
