As to me, I found that a scarf is quite useful for me. It will keep me warm from the frozen weather. Of course wearing a hat is also another good way, but here seldom people will wear a hat. And I don't want my hair will have a hat shape after that. So I don't use a hat.

I have to wear socks, even at home... I don't like cold feet at all. Scarfs are more of an accessory for me - to compliment my outfit or to look more stylish...

I never use a hat and I almost never use a scarf, but I have a very warm coat.

In a very cold place, a big coat is not enough. I remember when I was in Harbin, I just showed my two eyes because it was so cold there and I covered all of myself.

@youless I wear a scarf and gloves if I go in places where the temperature is many degrees below zero celsius.

I remember when I was studying in Australia during winter, a winter coat was the most necessary for me. I might wear scarf, but not all the time. I didn't wear a hat.

@youless I'd actually love to have winter, I like the cold weather. I wish I can build a snowman too, I have never done that before. I saw snowing once when I was in Australia, I was all so excited, that was my first time playing with snow.

@kaka135 If there is a heating system at home and it can snow heavily outside, that's great for me, too. However, in my city there is not a heating system at home and it will never snow. And trust me even the people come from the north feel so cold in Guangzhou. It really feels horrible.

I find a scarf really helps keep me warm and I wear a beanie as well if it is really cold.

I seldom experience hot weather for prolong period. I will prepare chemical heat pads if I want to go to cold country, and I definitely get a knitted cap to use in such weather.

I wear a parka and keep my hood up, so usually I don't even need a scarf because the hood keeps the wind out Thankfully that means I don't need a hat either - I look really stupid in hats

@youless Sometimes it's not enough for me... but as soon as I get walking I get sweaty if I have too many layers on

I use hat, scarf and gloves. The scarf is vital as I get very cold on the neck. But the hat I absolutely have to have as I get bad headache from the wind here.

It depends on what I am doing. If chores hat and gloves and as many layers as necessary. Other things often just a good warm coat
