We left Arizona, the day after Christmas. When we crossed the state line into New Mexico, it was snowing, We were shut down by weather and traffic accidents 3 times on Interstate highway-10 before we made it to Interstate highway-20 half way through,Texas which is usually an 8 hour drive, and we have seen or been in snow ever since. Last weekend we were shut down for 4 days in the blizzard that hit the northeastern states. We were in Virginia. I was walking in snow up to my knees to go back and forth into the truck stop.Tow trucks were helping cars and big rigs get out of the parking lot the ground was so icy.The scenery has been beautiful, and the weather cold, all through the Northern,New England states.North Carolina, and South Carolina were cold, but they were a balmy 39 degrees farenheit as compared to the 1 degree farenheit weather in Vermont.

I've just learnt all the US states and where they are on the map so I was able to guess the abbreviations. You certainly seem to have travelled a long way.

@sherryeb Are you holidaying or carrying cargo or what? And what is the end destination? Only if you want to tell me of course. Rereading the above sounds very nosy!

That sounds like a great trip. How much longer will you be traveling?
