Women are all about equal rights and they fought to get into the military. But I don 't think that it's equal rights until they can be drafted. What do you think about this?. If this is equal rights, then something not quite right. How about equal rights in salary, wages, etc. If they can serve in the military, then they have to do something about this. What do I think on this.I was drafted in the Korea War conflict. Women some want to go in military. But there is some work to be done on this. Equal pay, promotion etc. Should women be drafted?

I was glad to hear yesterday that there are absolutely no salary disparities between men and women at one of the big tech Companies--it may have been Yahoo. The same is true at the College where I teach, so far as I know. Objective criteria are used for salaries (highest degree earned, years of experience, etc.). I'm not sure how I feel about women and the draft.

Well the only thing I think about this is, if they start drafting women, then yes, it has to be equal pay and benefits. Its only fair. I am not sure about drafting women...

Since women demand equality with men (which I wholly support) and wish to be treated the same as men in the military, then women must be subject to the draft the same as men. I was amused to see feminists lobbying for equal rights suddenly proclaiming women should not be drafted.

I think if they have changed the law and are letting women get promoted and are able to fight then, yes, they should be drafted as well.

I think that women are required to serve in the Israeli army so I think if they qualify then if there is a draft women and men should be called.

Only if they are not single mothers with young children. Single women should be drafted like men when they turn eighteen they should register for the draft like men do.

Personally I don't think anybody should ever be drafted and that a military of volunteers who chose to be there is always stronger than one with forced membership.

Where have I Been? I thought the US stopped drafting years ago. Am I Living under a rock? But to answer your question , NO, no draft to women but if they choose to help the men in the military, God bless them!
