How do you like the follow you and follow me culture starting from Twitter ?

I still remember that when Twitter first came out on the Social network platform, the follow me and follow you culture was just starting on the internet. But now you can see this culture has been developed to many different kinds of social network.Even Mylot has became one of those "follow" platforms right now. At first, it seemed to be fun for many people , but now it seemed to be headache or confused to some others as well. But one thing , I will recommend everyone to do and that is follow Jesus. For He has more followers than Twitter in human history. Share with me about your opinion on this issue ?
