You May Get a Weird Notification from Me

I've been thinking of doing that this last few days. I did go back sometime ago and did some I missed.

I do but I've very few discussions As far as I know every single response on any of my discussions I've commented on. I try very hard to make sure I never ignore or accidentally miss a single response. For those with more discussions I can see that'd be hard especially if you aren't here as much as I am.

I have already received the weird notification. If somebody responds to an old post, I usually look if I have not missed to respond to a member, and it happens more than I would like.

Rarely. I live in the moment and prefer to move forward. What is missed is missed. I interact as much as I can, I don't think anyone minds if I'm not perfect.

Sometimes I barely get through the current ones

I mostly rely on the emails that come but I should check up on the comments one day.

I recently browsed through my old posts. There are quite a few that I plan on deleting. They dredged up some bad memories that I wanted to lay to rest.

I went back to a few of my old posts when someone new commented on them. I noticed I had a lot of people comment that I never responded to. In all fairness I did leave for five years so they could have responded while I wasn't on the site. Maybe I should go back as well.

Some time ago , i discovered that some of my older posts have a lot of unanswered comments . I discovered them when @PhredWreck instructed that for us to see all our posts over 20 , our screen resolution should be not more than 100% . Thus , i all commented back on all of them . Though very late , i got notifications after that , that they have read my answers .

I will check the last half dozen or so, but beyond that - no. I find that comments do get missed, but I can usually catch them by using this method. I only go back to older ones if I get a notification about them. I've already had a notification from you about one of your old posts

It's hard to keep up with everything! I totally understand.

I haven't here, but I have only been here a bit over a month.

I've just joined and am already having a hard time keeping up with the comments. For the record, I will accept comments at any time!!!

I will do the same for my old posts - um, eventually ! I can't get organized here with the time that I have . . . so for now my old posts (not even that long ago) have been on the back burner. Everyone will get a weird notification from me too !

I go back every couple of weeks to see if I have missed anything.

It's good to go thru them just to see if you forgot anything.

yes, i do sometimes! i think others do as well! It's ok. easy to get lost in the shuffle

I have also picked up some old ones from Nov.!
