What will happen if all living organism are the same? No trees,people,dogs, lions e.t.c All we're Identical.

A lot will die cause there is no food chain, the ones that survive will adopt and evolve in order to keep on surviving, and once that happens then everything is not the same anymore, that is what we are now.

That may have been the state at the very beginning of life on earth but the single organism very quickly diversified and developed into the many different forms of life we have today.
