Keeping the Immune System working during Cold Season

My helper during the Cold Season is Echinacea Purpurea (Purple Coneflower) - I buy it in form of tincture and take it a couple of times a day, and only about 12 drops New research has shown that the viruses have a sort of keys that they use to get into our cells and give us the flu, and this herb makes the "keys" different, so they don't get into the cells. So far I am free from getting a cold this winter.. The well known Dr Alfred Vogel found that the American Indians were using this herb, so he started to sell it, and it has been used for many years and in many countries. Have you tried this herb??

I have heard of it but have never used it as I always have looked at a cold as a friend. A cold cleans the body but it upsets things as it is doing a clean-up. I usually look forward to a cold and I rest, watch tv, drink lots of water and eat lightly. This is just my theory!

I have also heard about that a cold can be a clean up.. So, maybe we should welcome a cold instead..

I have never tried this herb, but I should since I have had too many colds in the past two months. I had my flu shot last year and get one every year.

Well, Why not try this? It works best before you get the cold.. I take it to prevent the colds, and it seems to work for me..

Oh yes, this wonderful herb has saved me many times from getting sick. The only reason why I am sick right now is because I bought the wrong kind, and it didn't work. I'm back on the good stuff now though.

It took some time for me to understand that this herb is best taken for preventing the flu or cold. Or it should be taken when the first signs of a cold are there. It doesn't work well when the cold already has started. That is my personal experience..
