I am challenging each of us to write up a post about ourselves. Where you live, lifestyle, things you enjoy. Something interesting you would like to share about yourself.
As for me, I live in Idaho, am 64 and retired. I worked my last five years of employment at EDS for HP. I was temp to hire and they hired me on. I had a lot of customer service experience having worked for Mountain Bell, AT&T, Sears, and several other answering services and such. I took a early retirement in 2007 and am now disabled and living with my daughter. My daughter has a learning disability and is bi-polar. My grandson has ODD which has recently been degraded to ADHD. My grand daughter lives with her boyfriend and just had a second son in November making me a great grandmother two times now. I'm very proud of her. I had guardianship of her from age 3 until 15 and she has come a long way since then. She had a lot of problems but now have a very spiritual demeanor.
I love to write. Have been writing for as long as I can remember. I have written several shorts and have a novel in the works. I may share some of them here.
I hope you will all meet this challenge and perhaps share something we don't know about you.

@celticeagle Yes, it's a long time, even longer if you consider that we worked all our life together.

This is a great way to get to know each other, and it's great to learn a bit more about you. I did some random facts about myself, but I rarely go into detail. I'm Keisha that's my actual name not just one I made up for here lol, I'm going to be 29 in march, I'm a stay at home mom currently, I live in Ohio. I suffer from anxiety which I'm sure you know from my posts. I have a 5 year old son, and I guess you could say I have 2 step kids even though my boyfriend and I aren't married yet (hopefully soon, we'll see). My boyfriend's other 2 kids are 15 and 12. My boyfriend is almost 7 years older than me. I love writing too, I don't always have the best grammar, but I can usually make my words flow. I spent most of my free time with my son and boyfriend, and enjoy the occasional trip to Pittsburgh to see my boyfriend's family.

@sissy15 ....I feel as if I am allergic to it and have tried to eliminate as much of it from my life as I can.

My name is Lise and I am 39. I am married and my husband and I have been together for 8 years. I am from Denmark, but I have lived in Italy, Estonia, Poland and Scotland in the past. I have had many different jobs. I have worked in nursing homes, home health care, homes for people with special needs, in a kindergarten etc. I left that kind of jobs when I became mentally ill (depressions and anxiety) but I hope to return one day.
I am a writer and an artist.I write poems, short stories and articles. My art consists of paintings and photomanipulations. My top interest is travelling and I am very interested in other countries and cultures. I love music. @celticeagle I don't really want to repeat myself, but here are a few snippets. I didn't touch a computer until the age of 73, and I'm 76 now. Neither had I done any writing, but now I do poems and limericks as well as articles about my long ago childhood.

@Jessicalynnt ...Could be. I used to get real bad cramps in the muscles in the bottom of my feet when I jogged. That was once reason I gave it up. Don't get it any more.
