TO WHAT EXTENT MOTIVATION HELPS? / myLot

I believes there are many thing that inspire me daily and motivates at the same time,but what matters is how do you use that motivation to your own benefit.yes it is important but after some level it is your own calibre that sets you apart what are you views on it?

motivation or hard work simply aren't enough as stand alone entities. Talent differentiates people. Everyone has different talents, and to say that hard work alone will get you places is simply wishful thinking. I guess this is what you were getting at as well...
