How many ways can you cook an egg?

My son loves egg omlettes. Sometimes, I just make it with salt and pepper. Other times I make it with onions, chillies, curry leaves and spices.
In TamilNadu, there is a special dish called the 'karandi omlette' in which they make the omlette in a ladle. Chicken or mutton can be made with eggs in this way and it is yummy.
My husband prefers scrambled eggs. My mother insists on having hard boiled eggs as they are easy to cook and highly nutritious. I have read that there are more than 100 different ways by which eggs can be cooked but I'm no star chef. My knowledge is only limited to a few. I occasionally try different spices or vegetables in my eggs but that is the extent of my experimentation.
Do you like eggs for breakfast? How many egg recipes do you know?
Which is your favorite?

I love to eat eggs. Sometimes i add moringa leaves to my scrambled eggs or some cheese topped with roasted garlic. My favorite dessert is "leche flan" or egg custard. Its one of the most favorite desserts of many Filipinos. I also add hard boiled eggs to a filipino dish called "humba" etc...

@Scindhia I don't know if it can be considered an actual egg recipe but I call it Deviled Green Eggs and Ham. Get a Guacamole recipe of your liking and boil your eggs as if you are going to make deviled eggs but instead fill them with the guacamole paste. serve it with a side of ham.

We eat eggs in so many different forms and not just for breakfast. You can do scrambled and add different meats and cheeses same with omelet. Then there is over easy poached hard boiled and egg salad. We always keep eggs here as a main staple

I do like eggs. I can poach, fry, boil, and scramble them. I've even been known to framble them (attempting to fry but they get mushed up together). There are lots of other recipes using eggs, of course. I can make a quiche or a kedgeree. I can not, however, make an omelette. I've never been able to do that. I'm not keen on them anyway so it's not a great loss. I've been told they are easy to make but it is, along with ice skating and playing the saxophone, one of the few things I am simply unable to do and may never be able to do properly. I can make cakes, though. Does that count as an egg recipe? :)

At home, we do either scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs. When my dad is in the mood, he'd make an omelet with onions and tomatoes. I've tried eating poached eggs but I could never perfect making it.

What is a poached egg? I have heard the term often but have never gotten around to knowing it.

@Scindhia Basically it's egg cooked in boiled water with vinegar. What happens is the white of the egg wraps around the yolk. The white gets cooked but the yolk is still all runny. When you slice the poached egg in the middle, the yolk seeps through. Good with toasted bread.
Here's a recipe I found:

Those recipes sounds delicious. I love eggs for brunch, breakfast, lunch or supper. I have made sliced egg sandwiches and egg salad, fried eggs/sunny side up. I haven't excelled in the other egg dishes like omelettes or scrambled eggs yet. Any tips?
