Robo Customer service in Airport

Hi Mylot Friends, Japan Air lines National carrier of Japan introduces the Robo customer service agent in Tokyo International Airport, The humanoid will speak in several languages its name is Navo and this robo will announce the Flights timings, Climate information and it will give answers to the question asked by the passengers. This Robo will speak in English, Japanese and Chinese on trial basis this service will be available two days today and tomorrow in this month and two days in February. After testing the services of Robo then it will be regularized for customer service soon.

I don't like that robots will make human works in future. I think customers still want the human interaction when they buy a service. If too much robots will be used it will cause a lot of unemployment.
