Why is it that on TV or when you watch others doing it yoga seems relaxing and fun but when you try it your body pains all over.

They make it look so easy, don't they? I haven't ever been to yoga but I think it might be good for me. But not if it makes me ache.

Yoga is good for creating a positive energy on us. To gain something we have to suffer pains. When our body becomes flexible it wiil be easy

I love yoga, it's easier than it looks. Once you do it for a while is easy and very relaxing.

If you go to a class with an instructor you will feel all stretched and relaxed. I love yoga but don't live near any where to take a class. And I wouldn't spend the money But, I have been to a few classes and it helps me follow along with the TV yoga and do it right. I record it and then I can watch and listen before doing each movement or pose
