Pre-Valentine Thoughts

Many celebrate the Valentine's day Now falling on a Sunday. For me it is nothing exemplary Just a day oh so ordinary. I am single by choice And make no noise. But I shared before that I was once fooled Things were heated but now all cooled. Well I might go out with my parents and nephews We might have lunch and drink some juice. But everyday should be like Valentine's you see Show your love to everybody.

So true- it becomes so commercial too so forget it. They promote it to make money and it's gotten out-of-hand.

I do not play into the Valentine's Day machine. I will however go to the stores the day after for 1/2 price chocolate!

I don't have a special man in my life so Valentines Day is nothing special for me but I do enjoy getting and giving Valentines cards to my grandchildren. I usually get handmade ones from the youngest with plenty of hugs & kisses.

That is a very good example of being a good person, to show our love to everyone and not making any choice whom and when you would want to love, as long as that individual needs care and love.

I disagree Valentine's is not an ordinary day its a day especially couples should make the effort to show each other how much they appreciate them love them care for them admire them that little effort that is made on this particular day goes along way.
