Meditation and yoga are considered to be the great ways to heal your mind. You can also start doing creative things such as writing, playing instruments or drawing. If you are not into the arts, you can begin gardening, cooking. Going on a walk can also improve your mental well being.

Apart from meditation and yoga,one must follow their passion on a frequent basis.It will make him/her feel more contented.
