Baked Salmon with Veggies!!

Another healthy dish prepared by my wife and I as we are on a quest to better our overall health. Salmon is my absolute favorite dish especially when baked with olive oil, garlic, and seasoning! Im eatin veggies everyday now and cutting out fried foods and anything greasy or salty. Its going great so far and im enjoying healthy meals and feeling better about my health as I continue to eat cleaner everyday!

Oh that sounds very healthy - and tasty! We try to do salmon once a week - just baking it in the oven. What kind of seasoning do you use?

I rub it with olive oil, adobo seasoning, minced garlic, lime and green peppers then bake on 350 for 30 minutes! Comes out very soft and tasty

@BACONSTRIPSXXX That's some good flavoring! We just do a simple salt and pepper - quite plain compared to yours. We'll have to try that!!

Salmon is also one of my favorite dishes and it is healthy too, so why not to eat salmon.

This seems to be a bit of a trend on here I've seen a few posts now where salmon and garlic are mentioned I like both flavours so am happy to see these suggestions as I may make a nice salmon dinner one day

That looks really healthy with 2 portions of vegetables. Baked salmon is one of our family favorites as well, you can never go wrong with that. Your wife is doing a fantastic job feeding the family with healthy dishes.
