To My Special Friends

Today is Valentine's Day and whether you are with family, friends or alone, I wish you a very happy day. You don't really 'have' to do anything special, just enjoy the day and share hugs and kisses if you can.
If you are alone, don't stress; get on the phone,
just a minute or two of your time, will make someone's day divine.
Tell them you truly love them and that you really care,
and how you miss not being there.
Though it is only your voice that they will hear,
those three words are near and dear.
'I love you' can mean so much to those
whose heart you have touched.

Awww thank you and right back atcha. Since mom passed there is no more family for me, but I do have my furmily so I'll be playing with them as much as they want then I'm makin them some chicken.

@rebelann The kitty. His name is Cry Baby and he talks all the time. He's the one that always follows me to the bathroom too.

You are welcome my Sugar Plum. Yeah, it'll be me & my furbabies too. When I tell them that I love them, only 1 responds back (verbally). Oh well, 1 is better than none @rebelann . lol

Thank you for the great ishes. The day has been very nice here, weather wise. and also nice that I have been able to do what I want, when I want, since I live alone, and have for eight years. It took me awhile to get used to it, but now, I have come to accept things the way they are, and just enjoy life in spite of it.

@nanette64 Life hasn't always been the best for me, but I have been able to cope with the siturations, and yes, I have taken one day at a time. I don't want to go ahead of God and do more than I can or try to go ahead of God.

I spent most of the day alone as I was still sick. Then got together with my boyfriend for bowling night, didn't do anything special. Just a normal day for us

I have a few friends who hate today, it bothers them to be single, and see flowers, balloons etc. It was a simple day here, we had burgers for lunch and pizza for dinner, just a very simple day.I did reach out to my friends and wished a Happy Valentines day.
