Hate it when I can't fulfill my plans

I really hate it when I set up goals for my day, activities that I have to do, work that needs to be done and then, at the end of the day, I see that I didn't do all the things that I planned.
It is a very frustrating feeling because I know that I am delaying those activities for other day and that I might not have time for them.
What about you? Can you always do whatever you plan for you day? If not, how do you feel in the end of the day?

I don't like ti either. But life has a way of getting in the way. I don't plan much so there isn't much room for disappointment.

@fufurinha,I always fulfil my plans, because my plans are not big.I know I lack time, and I make plans keeping an eye on it.

So you make small plans? So you can fulfill them quick and easily?

@fufurinha At the moment I have two sets of business consultants throwing spreadsheets at me every day and totally disrupting whatever I planned to do.

I don't have goals for a day, but yes I always wish to get enough of time to catch up with mylot friends. Today I just decided to cut my sleeping hours and respond to few discussions. And tell my friends that I am alive
I don't have proper shift timing, last month was a busy month, I worked like 16 - 18 hours a day, and that just take away all my plans. I still have emails(personal) to check and one email to respond which is in draft for over 10 days I guess.

Well not always but most times i do end up fulfilling my plans because of the simple reason i think is that i make plans for the next step or work to be done which will lead me to end result. I follow this formula and most importantly i dont get too attached to those plans which helps me not letting emotions cloud my thinking and not getting sad too when it doesn't come off.
