What is everyone having for dinner tonight? I want to know! We are having pork tenderloin with a garlicky lime pan sauce, Gulf-coast style white rice, and celery root salad with apple and parsley. The pork tenderloin and garlic-lime pan sauce and celery root salad are two new recipes that I've never tried before. The rice is a favorite dish that I make all the time. I'm exhausted this afternoon and, frankly, not really in the mood to cook a whole meal. That being said, there's nothing else in the fridge to eat and we aren't really delivery/take-out people during the week so I'm just going to have to get it done. What's going on the table at your house?
