Does GoGetFunding Will Really Help Your Campaign?

I just registered and post a campaign today in gogetfunding. I am not sure if it is really possible or it can help me raised a small amount of fund there for my cesarean operation and tubal ligation at the same time. But i still tried to post a campaign there. Maybe... Maybe it will help...

I think it is terrible that people have to raise funds to get medical care. I see you are in the Philippines and not sure how it works there. People here in the USA also often have to do that. I hope you get the care you need and that it does help.
