Did You Exercise Today?

I am just done of my siesta. I had a tiring morning today and I grabbed the whole afternoon to sleep. Later, I will go out with my male doggy to achieve 540 wind sprints. He is always my company to perform this fitness activity in the evening. He doesn't feel tired at all. It's been a while I am not exercising too. Did you exercise today?

No, today has been a frantic day, I had no time to exercise, but I think I went up and down the stairs of my house at least 40 times.

@LadyDuck Running up and down the stairs definitely counts as exercise. You must have burnt some calories doing that.

Are you kidding me? 540?!! I've search this on youtube and I am just shocked but No, my knee hurts it won't work on me. just the cycling

Nope I was fairly busy at work today so no exercise and when I got home I was exhausted. I'm hoping to get exercise this weekend by cleaning my house etc

Well, for the most part, my kids keep me active. I don't exercise like some do, in the sense that I don't go to the gym, I don't go running, or anything like that. But with three young kids, I don't have the time to be lazy. I will play with them, take them to the park, and things like that. So, I do consider it exercise in a way.

Yeah. Ditched gym a lot last week. But now I am back on track and steadily losing weight ..soo.yaiyee me !! :) :p

I think I often do some exercises although it doesn't look so formal. Such as today I already went to the office on foot and it spent me for about half an hour. And I will also go home on foot after work, too.

I exercise only when the mood strikes. I'm not a fitness freak. But I'm careful to watch what I eat and make a note of my weight. Stay healthy!

No, and to be very frank recently I am skipping exercises , my office work and household cores are taking up lot of time. At times I really forgot to take care of my health.And I have put on some weight which i have realized recently and its bothering me badly.
