For those of you who do not know I had weight lost surgery in the summer. I was afraid to weigh myself until now. The reason being I overdid it at Christmas, but I weight myself tonight and I lost more weight. I have no lost a total of 84 pounds and I am so so happy. I still have a lot more to go though.

Not sure exactly what I weigh at this time, but I know that the last time I was on a scales, I was 129 lbs. lighter than the highest weight I'd experienced when on a scales, and I've lost a whole bunch more since then!!! I'll keep you in my prayers. I know how much more energetic and healthy you must feel!!!

Hey, a half a year has passed already. How do you feel now ?
Do you go to check yourself once in a while ?
What kind of check do you have ?
Losing weight can cause the body to react in some ways, watch out on your gallbladder, so it won't get stones by a chance.

This is a good amount to have lost. I hope you are not going too fast and get weak.

Now that is quite the achievement Rose.
I am so happy for you.
I am having trouble losing just 10 pounds, cant seem to get down there but it has a lot to do with meds that I take.
How did you do it friend?
