If you meet your friend on the street will you greet him or you wait him to greet you

Usually I would look at them and smile, and if they smile back I’ll say “hi”. I don’t see the point in waiting for them to make the first move. A smile is usually the best way to go. It disarms most people and makes them feel good for at least a moment.

I always greet people... I don´t mind too much if I greet them or they do, but usually, I greetthem as I see them.
