i on work 3 years and it seems nothing change or imporve in my career. Make money and get more sales orders are my target, but it looks hard to deal with right now! Cause Chinese market is gonna hard and hard to development and salavery is the point to let us live . If the market keeps going on like that, are we gonna lose the job and without money anymore? You may think this is a nagitive person. Maybe, but what should i do ? How could i get more orders from abroad or let my hobby get money ?
