Any Diet Tips? Work-out/Exercise Tips?.. I'm trying to Gain some Muscle..

The sad thing is My weight right now is just average for a 5'6 male... im a 160 pounds and more on the middle of fat and slim... i want to have more muscle.. Anybody got Diet tips? Work-Out/Exercise Tips?.. I have at least an Hour a day that i'll dedicate to body sculpting.. And oh yeah.. i have weights.. but they dumbells tho.. 15 pounds... so guys give me tips! thanks!

my hubby has reduced his weigth about 10Kg by just drinking four glasses of water immediately after getting up in the morning, switching to fruits as snacks and in breakfast and reucing his diet by one helping at lucnch and dinner time , instead he drinks water. He drinks plenty of water through out the day, may be you can try this.

I would be careful with any type of supplements or weight gain pills, because my brother was sooooooo muscular. I mean he was hard as a rock, and he was taking those things. Some where down the road it screwed up his Thyroid and in a matter of a month he is a fat turd.
I just can't believe how fat he's gotten and fast too. So now he's racking up bill after bill with the doctors trying to get his Thyroid fixed.
