Busted Line Filter

Hello Lotters, I was attempting to load some pictures this morning but then the loading took too long and cancelled the upload. Then, I check the modem and i realized it wasn't blinking, had to remove and reinsert the cables but that didn't make a difference. Then, I've decided to remove the filter and put the line back to the phone box and the was connection was restored. Yeah, were still using wired connection, it's the router that makes it a wifi. I hope to call the customer services and provide me with the new filter.
