What is everyone having for dinner tonight? I want to know!
My husband is attending a work-function dinner so I'm on my own this evening. I am going to have some of the leftover Chicken Vesuvio that I made last night. It was simple to prepare and absolutely delicious! That recipe is definitely a keeper! Anyway, I'm not cooking tonight because dinner is already made and waiting for me in the fridge.

I have no clue. My boyfriend and I are the type to wait until late at night to cook dinner. We usually do basic things like pasta, sidekicks, hamburger helper or hambugers.

@NJChicaa It's like this pasta dish that comes in different flavours but you make it in a pan with milk and water. It is very delicious!

I am thinking about making spaghetti tonight, fast and easy! I haven't had the best day so fast and easy is the way I am going tonight for sure.

We are going out tonight for a 'lady's night' with a group my husband attends. I think we're having seafood cocktail, a roast and a choice of sweets.
