As new graduates, they are so eager to get a job. Although there are so many requirements needed excluding the screening procedures in each company, an applicant will just have to do anything to qualify. Finally, they got a job.
What do you think is the Best way to overcome the culture shock inside the company especially to newbies?

As long as the person who gets the job can interact well with senior/experienced employees, I doubt he/she will suffer from a culture shock.

Of course. The company hired them for the sake of a job to be done. It must be executed accordingly.

Yah. Agree. Rules exist in the company to create harmony in work. Well of course, if you are not enjoying your work, then it becomes a burden. That's why its always advice to select a job that you really love to do

@jethrodale I did not start work until I graduated and wish I had chance to start early.

Agree to this. Part time jobs during student days can be of good help. Just to experience the ambiance of working.
