It is a city where most government offices are, harbor, good planned residents, large population compared to the capacity and area of the city, most social services are in high quality and the most of all it is attractive for pleasures. In my country(Tanzania), we have cities like Dar es salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Tanga and Mbeya having those qualities close to each other but Dar es salaam having the most. So if someone is visiting Dar, they will never tell you that name if you are from Tanzania,but they will say, "I'm visiting Tanzania" to mean Dar. What is the meaning of that? This is to mean, that city is more clean than other cities in Tanzania,so other cities have to work hard to reach or exceed the level of that city. How are you doing in your country? have you ever heard of the same character in your country?.
