My Baby Girl is 2 Months Today! / myLot

It is an emotional day as my little girl turns 2 months today. She's gone from being 6lbs 4oz to being about 11 lbs. She has grown so much it's crazy. I remember this little girl who was never awake and constantly slept except to eat. Now she is awake most the day and always playing with her froggy and her hands. It's crazy how fast they grow.

Yes, they do grow very fast. It was just like yesterday , it seems, when my two adult sons were born.

if I'm not mistaken birth weight should double by the time babies are 3 months old - so your baby is doing great!

oh, was she born on Christmas day?

I am not sure how much she should weigh by 3 months, I was never told, but I am just happy she's gaining. Yes she was born on Christmas day. It was a complete surprise.

enjoy e'er moment with her coz they do indeed grow up so dang fast. won't be long 'n she'll be headin' off to college, gettin' married 'n startin' a family'f her own.

It is exciting to see them grow, and start to do so many things each day. It's been a long time since I had a little one, but remember how nice it was. Enjoy your little girl.
