17 Days of Faerie Fun: Neopets Mini Faerie Festival

There were some hints about an impending faerie themed event dropped at the site last week but nothing in the news. Today they dropped it without warning and I am glad that I saw a link to it on Twitter. Normally there are some other events that happen at the same time like being able to get completely healed at the Healing Springs evry time you go there instead of an occasional bump up. Faerie Quests: http://www.neopets.com/quests.phtml You can visit the portal every day to claim a free item, today I received the Faerie Aisha Plushie (very cute) and claimed my quest. Today I was asked by the Light Faerie to find Usinda (trading card). I had a ton in my SDB so the level bump didn't cost me nothing. If you decide to do the quest, when you complete it you will be asked if you want to help Delina (Crafting Faerie) if you want to complete one for her. Both quests are optional but the one for Delina requires the use of Neocash and making purchases at the NC Mall. This was perfect timing for me because I had just gotten done with a Faerie Quest Fortune Cookie and only have one left in my Safety Deposit Box. I know that I will get all of the quests for the event and if luck is on my side I will get a couple from the Battle Faerie because she gives the most bang for the buck.
