If you find yourself surrounded by lush green mountains, cool breeze... and the amazing Rice Terraces which were believed to be 2000 years old. They used to be one of the 8 wonders of the world (before it was eroded, glad they have restored it) there is a feeling of serenity and peace and calmness. The community was simple. Dogs roamed the streets, but they were tamed. When we were enjoying the Terraces, we went to this Inn which serves breakfast and lunch and helped ourselves with the menu. We found out that in Mt. Province, white rice was so rare almost all the servings we had for our meal during the 3 day stay were all Purple Organic Rice. A hefty servings of vegetables too together with your meal. And what I regret doing was forgetting to take a photo of it. We were so excited to eat every time. Sorry about that. Food was not so cheap since it's really far from the city and they have to shipped all the supplies from downtown. For foreigners however, it is cheaper.
