First weigh in - 2-27-16

The roomie said - lets do the weigh in so we have a start, even though we've eaten breakfast...
So, the initial weigh in is:
V - 272
E - 236
She says she wants to lose 70 lbs.
I said, I'm lower than I thought... but 70 lbs would be good...
If you might remember, I did get down to 205 before and I have been TRYING to be better.
The roomie, however, as gained 20 pounds since last summer, so...
We are beginning, again.

I weighed in today with loss of 12lbs in one week started on Feb 19 with the military diet and I am amazed at the results Its really simple Diet I will be doing this again starting on Monday the 29th Good luck on your success in dieting

I have a hard time also.

My daughter weighed 234 pounds @ElicBnx . Besides exercising and watching what she ate, she used Garcinia Cambogia recommended by Dr. Oz. My daughter is now 150 pounds and she did it in 5 months.

That's great! This diet was originally monitored by a dietitian, (we really liked him) so that we are getting enough of what we need and not getting hungry. I have been having to be more careful about low blood sugar, but I think this will help with that as well.
