My PSA Level is 50. Tscares me.

I took a test last year, and my PSA level was only 4. Now, it is over 50. In one week it tested between 35 and 5O. Are there any other factors. Does the fact that my cholesterol is high have any significance. I am sceduled for a biopsy on June 28th..
