IfIf Hillary Clinton is indited by a grand jury, will Joe Biden become a candidate?

I have recently read that the Attorney General has the power to indite Hillary Clinton for her role in hosting a private email server at her home which contained secret and top secret messages. If Clinton is indited by a grand jury before the primary season ends, is there any chance that Joe Biden will run for President?

If Clinton can not run due to being indicted, wouldn't Biden be a better candidate than Sanders?,

@pauliek Even if he would be a better candidate than Sanders now it's too late to enter the race.

No, I don't think that Joe Biden is interested at all.

You are probably correct unless Biden is drafted to run.

It is too late for Biden to enter the ring. I think he was very foolish not to run. I don't know if he was scared of Clinton's power or if the Democratic Party put out the word it's Hillary's turn but Biden would have had a real shot and in retrospect he would have gotten the nomination.

I agree that Biden would be a better candidate than Clinton or Sanders.
