How to convience my parents?

. I am a finance graduate and doing a job, but I am dissatisfied with my job profile and salary ( although getting good salary comparing to the industry, but need a luxurious life so need more money). I am planning to set up a agriculture based project, farming, packaging and supply, but my parents are not ready to take the risk for investment as well as saying job is better than business. But this business has track record as well as we know that agriculture and food industry never will face a saturation level. Kindly suggest me how to start the business and how to convince my family.
